A Royal Malaysian Police Farce

The Royal Malaysian Police (RMP), who deprecates to the assembling of the Independent Police Complaints and Misconduct Commission (IPCMC) has promulgated a document on their website that I found rather perturbing.Â
Apparently, if the Government sanctions the forming of the IPCMC, the Senior Police Officers Association will demonstrate their sentiments by balloting for the Opposition during the 2008 General Election?! The association claims to represent some 95,000 officers and other members in the Police Force.
Let transgression increase?! That’s their admonition to the Government of Malaysia if the IPCMC is established. Here are the remainder of the “reactions” the Malaysian Police has threatened to take (click to enlarge):
