The Gallivantings of Daniel Franklin Gomez

We had to gussy up for a photoshoot 2 weeks ago. It was engaging, I was given some light makeup (though would’ve preferred war-paint). The last time I used a lip rouge was back in 1988 when my primary school choir were anointed to sing LIVE on a local TV station (Selamat Pagi Malaysia, RTM1). I distinctively retrospected how clayey the lipstick made my lips feel. LOL! We had a great time jesting at each other back then. That was 17 years ago. Back to the present, these captured photographs were to be reproduced in the UK for our public-listed parent company’s annual report. 

I also managed to dig out an old photo (dated 2000), also on the similar account. Man, I was so horizontally slender back then. LOL! The dude that’s signaling towards the monitor was my ex-boss, David. He was a peachy guy though he had loads of bad habits. Revoltingly bad. His wife must TRULY love him. Hahaha!

He was dismissed in 2002, which subsequently gave me the control to manage the Web Dept til date. Our office back then was situated in Phileo Damansara. I remember watching Bon Jovi’s IT’S MY LIFE video for the first time, on that TV you see in the pic – April 2000.
