Gunners’ Artillery Malfunction

Mean Streak. That’s what’s been wanting from this Arsenal side so far. No oeuvre for all their dominance. No one wants to pull the trigger from long range. All zealously attempting to walk the ball into the net. Too many wantoned chances, with ideas zapping as matches wore on.
8 points behind Manure and 5 behind Chelsick at this early stage of the season DOES count for something. It looks like a daunting prognosis. It’s beginning to make Arsenal’s next 36 matches “must win” encounters.
Having said that, this team IS still the most entertaining side of the EPL, showing coups d’oeil of free-flowing footie, though they have yet to find their heartlessness in front of goal to kill off teams like the Real Manchester. Without experienced new signings (any bulldog or pitbull terrier will do), it’ll be difficult to see how Wenger can sublimate this team.
Reinforcements are mandatory. I will be discomfited if Thursday whizzes by without Arsenal signing new players. 26 year olds with decent experience, and not another Kunta Kinte from Djibouti. Monsieur Wenger, we need experience.
Cashley Cole and Jose Baby Reyes. It is maddening that the issues circumventing these two thickos have been a distraction for the new season. The situation is clear as crystal, if a player doesn’t want to play for a club anymore, show them the exit! I know that from a clubs point of view that transfer values need to be exploited but the dawdling is farcical.
17th September, Arsenal visit Old Crapford to play Manure. What I would love to see is Gunners combusting again, enough to make Alex Purgeson catapult a boot at Rooney simply for the way he looks. Haha!

Have to agree about Le Arse. What is up with the passing in front of goals. have a go son! a lot of players have shots. Now defenders are sitting back waiting for the pass across the face of goals and then go in for the steal. Maybe this is all part of a plan, come to OT and wham bam thank you maam, in the back of the net!! Time for Reyes and Cole the hole to get out as they are just wasting away there. looks like 17m for Reyes all those years ago was such a good buy!!

First, we shall see if your beloved Gunners can kick-arse M’brough on the 9th. Home-ground advantage somemore. Only then you can rub it in about winning at Old Traff. hmmm..

Mr D Yes, I think Reyes is now officially Wenger’s first screwed up buy! They have M’boro and Hamburg to play before that visit to Old Crapford, if they don’t start winning soon, then it looks like a struggle for an UEFA Cup spot.
Jemima Arsenal are yet to settle down in their new home. As for Manure, well, as you said, if we can’t beat M’boro, then Old Crapford is just a disaster waiting to happen. Manure are obviously clear favorites.

And I took solace in thinking the Gunners will sign Tevez…news is he’s off to West Ham lah!Yup, they sure can pass the ball around…but I do hope they pull the trigger at times. We better catch up man!

arul Yes, would’ve loved to have Tevez signed for us. But I don’t think that’s gonna happen – which is bloody disappointing. Won’t be surprised if both Cole and Reyes f**ks off and Arsenal not buying ANY players.

Lex Well, Arsenal only have ONE English player – Walcott. It shows you how much the clubs rate them. Overrated.
