Yes yes, I couldn’t think of anything lamer for a name. Anyway, a couple of bloggers are assembling on the 18th November 2006 @ Chili’s Midvalley around 8:30pm, where vampires, werewolves and Larawannabe freely vagabond. Hmmm, wonder if Keropok, Malaysia’s answer to Hugh Hefner (as he laid claim), could throw a spiritually intoxicating media event for us.
Food and then spiritual inebriants shall be flowing like the river of Nile. So, if you happen to shack in Klang Valley and have been inhaling haze over the last month, please do join, as we’ll concoct a remedy to clean your lungs by making your liver exercise for a change. It’s called Flaming Lamborghini.
And if you’re not into spirits, then Lex shall give you a cookie. Other celebrities making the list is the famed endroo G, who will showcase on inventive ways of regurgitating, and the doraemon-italian-loving meekiee, whose recent post has blown my cover. LOL.
Come one and come all, join us and you get to listen to tihtahpah’s lecture on why John Mayer sucks! OLE! Hopefully kukujiao turns up (excuse the pun) so we could hash out on raising matters. LOL!
And to Chester, is your owner a Klang Valley denizen? Also, fingers crossed for the appearance a professional who will teach us a thing or 2 about the Lah language just in case if we wind up being Singaporeans by the end of the night.
Speaking of Singapore, pity that this Singaporean’s too far to bring in some door gifts as it’s high time that I change my earring. As for these 2 old hands (my college mates), eatingchaos and bengster, I don’t think they’ll be able to acclimatize if they join, being old farts and all. Hahahaha!
As for aboriginal Aussies like The Manager and Ness, perhaps the next time you’re in Malaysia, you could show us how to mount kangaroos? Ass too high run too fast?
Anyway, I also hope that my fellow colleague, Mr I-Like-Singapore-Wah-Wah-Wah and his better half could join. But if you can’t because you think that Singapore’s better than Malaysia, then please visit Dr Jemima, as she’s an expert in understanding orang utans.
Racist bigots are invited too, as I would like to demonstrate how versatile a bowling ball is. Please contact me via e-mail (right sidebar) if interested.
We’ll try to keep the outlay to a minimum as I have my KK sojourn at the end of this month where I’ll be hanging out with Lady Stiletto and potentially a couple of Homosapiens from Friendster.
And please, no durians.

Chilli’s Mid Valley! Umm…! Love the place! Love the food! Prices a bit steep though (maybe not for Klang Valley people…but for jungle folks like me, aduh!)! 18 November? Too bad can’t take a peek…and see kukujiao especially! Should be quite sexciting!!! Happy gallivanting, everybody!
November 9th, 2006 at 11:27am
wow, very impressive post, Daniel. I don’t know what to expect from the bloggers’ meet, but it’s likely that I’ll be the first person to be a Singaporean. So no lectures, rest assured.
Guess I better start up with my blogreading…
November 9th, 2006 at 12:57pm
Bloody hell! Some heads are gonna roll, and they will invariably be attached the the necks of slanderous folks… like our dear Gallivanter here.
Oi! When did I lay claim to being Malaysia’s answer to Hugh Hefner??? That’s it! No more invites to my “do’s”…
I knew all that embibing on p***y liquor like JD would do serious damage to your faculties some day!
November 9th, 2006 at 5:56pm
Dan, you never fail to make me grin from ear to ear. Any wider and my seams would split. LOL.
Kangaroos are child’s play.
Crocs where the action is at!
LOL. I might be heading to Malaysia on my way to Brunei actually. Direct flights to Brunei are full so I might have to make a slight innocent detour to KL.
November 9th, 2006 at 6:21pm

endroo G Oops, my bad, will amend. Screw Salem Regenerate man, we have Endroo Regurgitate! OLE!!
earl-ku Everybody wants to see the kukujiao man, don’t mati pucuk on us! Hehehehehe!
Lex And no sneaky durian cookies too okay? I know you’re Lex Luthor and all, but just don’t mimic his antics on that day. LOL!

November 10th, 2006 at 10:03am
The only thing that would stop me from being at the bloggers’ meet is a funeral. Otherwise, I’m there.
Actually, even if there’s a funeral, I’ll still be there, man. In my heart….
November 10th, 2006 at 10:29am
Che-Cheh Nevermind, get Chester to join instead…we need someone to be on guard to bark just in case any of us turn Singaporean…
earl-ku Well, as long as my love for chocolates don’t die, I think I’ll be fine…LOL!
Ness That’s great! Well, if you wanna meet up to exhange reptiles with durians, I’ll be more than willing to oblige…hehehehehe!
meekiee No lah, still pretty much the same numbers. But not enough to form an anti Mat Rempit coalition.
Joash The only funeral that’ll take place that day will be the mourning of Honda City and Toyota Vios’ existence…
November 10th, 2006 at 11:21am
Play-play only mah… don’t be scared, Desperate Dan!
Count me in, I’ll stop by for drinks. Cheers, mate!
November 10th, 2006 at 5:39pm

Err…you can have the repitles AND the durians. LOL.
I’ll take up on that offer once my flight is confirmed
November 11th, 2006 at 2:17am
Keropok Alrighty! Give me a holler!
tihtahpah Goodie goodie. I’m beginning to think that Chili’s may not be a good place to be spiritually intoxicated. Suggestions are welcomed!
Lex I know I know, manalah tahu, since I’ll be wearing my red underwear that day, you go and pull this stunt. Haha! YES TO CHOCOLATES!!
Larawannabe Don’t think this joint has JD+Green Tea. Meekiee, any places you know serves this? Waikiki may be a culture shock for you guys.
Ness If I was a participant in the Amazing Race and was asked to eat durians, I’ll pull out there and then!
November 11th, 2006 at 10:21am
Are we gonna have dinner first then detour to the heaven who serves you all JD+GT or we straight head down for spiritual drinks? It may be lil hard for the under-aged *grins*
I suppose the major clubs serve JD+GT on special request basis. Wanna try Passion / Ruums / any club in Heritage Row? Aiks, otherwise all drink on the rocks!
November 11th, 2006 at 12:27pm
meekiee Dinner will still take place @ Chili’s as you have proposed. After that, we’ll play it by ear.
November 11th, 2006 at 7:22pm
Alamaks… sometimes, I hate being young. -_-”
November 12th, 2006 at 7:21pm
Lex: you dont have to feel that way coz… being young is not a crime. Well, at least you mix with some “old” people. Thats the difference. Other kiddies dont do that often.
meekiee: we need to eat something first before downing spiritual drinks. We need a place without the headbanging songs. I like your suggestions of Poppys, Heritage Row and Ruums. But its up for the rest to decide.
Dan: play it by ear.
November 12th, 2006 at 7:51pm
Lex Don’t be. I would kill to be 21 again.
endroo G Definitely. We’ll see how it goes after Chili’s. I presume that everyone have their own transport?
November 12th, 2006 at 8:23pm
Dan you are always 18
so don’t bully bully me
my best friend is right, I have too many adults as my friend hehehe
November 13th, 2006 at 11:49am
Keep us all updated, Mr Gallivater!
November 14th, 2006 at 4:27pm
Alamak, now only I check the comments. Hope it’s not too late. Err…if I don’t hv transport, anyone’s willing to pick me or send me home?
Endroo, mesti la.Wa ada class punya. Usually I don’t eat when I drink. Is that bad for stomach?
Lex: Don’t worry you drink oren jut.
November 14th, 2006 at 5:08pm
Oh no… I got no transport. And I have a curfew. LOL. but seriously…
November 14th, 2006 at 10:14pm
Lex On second thoughts, I’d rather be 21, the year of perpetual transgression. LOL
Keropok Excellent! Do you know any worthy places to haunt after dinner @ TGIF?
meekiee No transport? Which part of Klang Valley are you residing in? Food consumption is always good before spiritual intake as it helps diminishes the after-effects.
Joash If you wanna go, give me a shout since you already have my e-mail addy, and we could work things out from there. Would beca be find?
November 14th, 2006 at 11:29pm
Wei, are we going TGIF or Chili’s I am confused now. Or Dan you have another appointment with Keropok?
Actually both works well for me whether to eat or not.
I am living around your primary school, remember?
November 15th, 2006 at 7:49am
meekiee Oops, sorry my bad, I meant Chili’s.
November 16th, 2006 at 2:12pm
but chilis serve spiritual drinks oso what? all stars cafe too. other that those two, i dunno. havent check the mall thoroughly yet. hehe.
November 16th, 2006 at 2:23pm
I also recall a friend saying that there’s a certain dresscode for Chilli’s?? Am I right? Why keep mentioning about spiritual drinks 1? FOOD and CONVERSATION, BABY!! ok lah, with drinks too… =)
November 16th, 2006 at 3:07pm
Larawannabe We could all thoroughly check out the mall this weekend. Give me a buzz.
Joash Dresscode? Red underwear can?
