  1. to the left, to the left…

okay, I need to go to bed.

  2. Eh..you dont do enough justice to the Killer’s Sam’s Town ler..Reasons Unknown just some of the many great tracks from this album. Listen to BONES, BLING (Confession of a King), Uncle Jonny again…..and mygosh take out the annoying Teriyaki BOyz, that would be the song the 2006 OH-So-Get-On-My-Nerves song! And Hinder’s voice is great….

  3. No 25 is OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Snow Patrol not good enuff for your list??? :(

  4. Jemima: You know what? I think Gallivanter put No. 25 in just to spite us man……
Eh..speaking of rocking songs…what about the Flaming Lips- The Sound Of Failure and W.A.N.D……….
there weren’t any good collaborations this year like last year with U2 & Greenday- The Saints are Coming and Santana&Steve Tyler- Just Feel Better. 2006 was kinda hollow i felt- waddaya expect when even Paris Hilton is making music. And I thought Justin Timberlake’s New Age album is overrated…
Just wondering what’s THE ALBUM to get this year?

  5. btw since you’re including Malay songs..there’s one song’s that has caught my ears: Mungkin Nanti- Peter Pan… :)

  6. Izad LOL. What’s your fav song of 2006?

tihtahpah Well, I only like Reasons Unknown. :-P Fast and Furious, drift drift drift! Hahahahaha! :-D Hinder’s the ultimate for me!

Jemima Nope, don’t like Snow Patrol’s new album. ;-)

tihtahpah Gee, you think? LOL. I shouldn’t hang out with you too often then! Hehehehehe! As for collaborations, yup, there weren’t any. U2 & Green Day’s collaboration SUCKS! Isn’t Peter Pan’s song 2005?

  7. Woohoo! That song spiced up my office man. How nice if I can blast it with bass and speakers all around my office! :D

Why run when you can fly away. :p

Btw, I listen not enough to answer your question :D

  8. meekiee It’s such a transcendental song that it had me captivated. ;-)

  9. Meat Loaf’s Bad For Good, marn.

  10. Wombat Alrighty…any newer artistes?

  11. somehow I sensed that you would put Hinder on the top 5… and what’s this Tokyo drift… sounds too rempit lahh bro… lol hahahhaha and snow patrol, dashboard confessional, incubus are not good enuff what’s is this man?! hahahha good list anyhow =) cheers!

  12. oi…i think the Mat Rempit song modified from the Tokyo Drift song by JJ and RUDY is way better ler! And i like the way Lex disses your list and finally says good list anyhow…hahahahah…

  13. Lex Yes, I love Hinder. ;-) And I like Tokyo Drift’s beat. I think Snow Patrol’s BORING. And I have Dashboard Confessional on my list. :-P

tihtahpah JJ & RUDY sucks. :-P Actually, RADIO sucks. Hehehehehe.

  14. What newer artistes? Maybe it is because of my age, but what do you get when one switch to MTV nowadays? Young chikus yelling their heads off (although I can stand Green Day) or African-American chicks grinding their pelvis to simulate sexual acts to hip hop songs. I think this year is the day that the music died, as Don McLean once sang:

~And as the flames climbed high into the night~
    ~To light the sacrificial rite,~
~I saw satan laughing with delight~
    ~The day the music died~~~

  15. On the other hand, this is not a 2006 song but it popped into my consciousness over Christmas, and refuses to get out of my head. I think I am in love. :-)
