Weiling’s Wedding Dinner

I was spellbound to see Mel donning a Saree. It’s something about that dress that makes people like me go bananas. But, of course, not all women can carry it, but if you ask any Indian guy, they will most likely say that the Saree looks hotter on a non-Indian, or words to that effect.
It was Weiling’s wedding – a no-nonsense ex-colleague who shared the same fiery passion as me when it comes to work. To top it off, Kirsty, an ex-colleague who left Malaysia in 2002 after been working since 2000, flew over for the wedding and a week’s vacation.
I’ve been out and about every night since Diwali eve, and today’s the first time I’m at home, but it won’t be long before I start gallivanting again since I’m off this month before I report to my new job on the 3rd December 2007.
We were asked to take a photo before going into the ballroom. Great idea!

Mel is stunning!
I think I’m the lucky one in this relationship

Is this how a groom feels during his wedding dinner?

Mel is simply gorgeous in saree!
I wore a blue saree before many years back but don’t think I got the ‘hot effect’ la. So, I guess it depends who’s wearing it :p

Hey franklin..
On the statement ‘But, of course, not all women can carry it, but if you ask any Indian guy, they will most likely say that the Saree looks hotter on a non-Indian, or words to that effect.’…
I do agree that most non Indians looks hot in a saree.. my ex who is a chinese looked stunning in it..BUT.. make a Indian woman and a non indian one stand side by side..and you will know the difference. Saree makes all Indian woman looks good..vice versa on non Indians of coz..But saree gives all indian woman a “plastic facelift:
they look good indeed..even on the most average looking indian woman u can find.
Well, what is betta than a saree… sexy, decent, formal and elegant all at the same time..haha
But Mel does look stunning donning a saree.!!

kugan – LOL. Thanks amigo for the comment. But we agree on one thing, saree is the best outfit a woman can wear to accentuate her sexiness. Nothing else matters.
