The year was 1993, when Inner Circle released this tune. I thought it was some Thai song at first, and I loved it immediately. I bought the cassette and Inner Circle went on to become my favorite reggae artist of all time, with Bob Marley a close second. Nothing like la la la la long ringing in your ears. Though the novelty may have worn off, it’s still one of those unique song that cemented itself in music history.

I remember this is a banned song in Malaysia back in the 90s. However, I’ve heard this song over the radio in these few years. Either the DJ doesn’t know this is a ban song, or it has been unbanned.

omgomg!!!! i used to loveee this song but never knew who sang it…and (i know this sounds stupid) but i tot the ‘push it’ part tht they were singin was ‘bullshit’…and i sang it as bullshit … =.= i know, but i was like, wat, 8 yrs old then and didnt know better la ok!! this song was a’ight… apart from that it was overplayed on my part…. but yeah.. i think it was banned because of the lyrics…. sounds like a song which you could use to make love to… teeheehee…
