We’re Moving to My Condo

I have been picky about who I want to rent my condo out to, and have yet to find a tenant that I’m comfortable with. So, after almost a year of it being vacant, I have decided to move into my unit. The day of reckoning? 1st February 2008. I’m really excited about what the future holds, as 2007 (barring the appendicitis) has been a great year for me. I’ve been taken off the singles market in July and have embarked on a new career, which is sports-related (I’m loving it!).
If you’re about to move into your new home, remember, that a what you make of the place will say a lot about you. First impressions count no matter what people said (those people had poor first impression hence use that as an excuse). Your buddies probably wouldn’t bother, just like me when I decided to invite my closest friend, Ravind over to Mel’s place.
She reacted like most women would do, but I didn’t look at it her way. She feels her place is a reflection of her personality, which is spot on. I view it as just a shack, and nothing else. Then I realize that once again, men and women are different. I learn about women everyday, and as time goes by, it will give me some more insight of the species and hopefully will be able to advice men of the world.

tihtahpah Yes, house warming would be somewhere in March, once all is settled. But, I just booked a new condo at another place and will be selling this unit in the coming years.
