You need to clearly learn how to separate work and life. When the weekend comes, stop working, you’re not paid to do so! No, it has got nothing to do with loyalty towards the company, you need a break. A workaholic is a moron by nature.
How to take your weekend back? Stay away from the computer! Limit your computer usage if you know that you’re work-prone. Try exploring your neighborhood, or highlight some places that you want to check out from TheStar newspaper, especially on Friday or Saturday, the Metro helps!
The easiest, would be watching a movie or shopping, or, if you’re really a stingy bastard, or if money is a concern, do something else, like staying away from shopping complexes. Cooking helps too, but since I’ve moved into my new condominium with Mel, we hardly cook, because the kitchen cabinets and cookery is not ready. I’m still praying for money to fall from the sky.
Whatever it is, find an activity you enjoy doing and go do it. Start claiming your weekends by having a great one, remember, work to live, but don’t live to work. Otherwise, time WILL pass you by.

Nick Phillips High five! Happy Easter - yeah, working on weekends is just simply a no-no. There are just better things to do in life.
