    When I was younger I thought I’d be better off living in a condo, and my reasons were very much like yours. Then I got older (I’m talking about now) and then I realise I don’t think I could ever leave my place for another without a garden for the dogs to round around & piss wherever they wanted to (lol) and a small plot of land to tanam my sayur sayuran just because :-)

    wait till you start planning to have kids bro….you may change your mind.. i’m being honest…living in a condo right now…but looking for a house….hopefully not a big one..cos not even one maid can cover that one..

    Yeap yeap, due to the cost of a condo, decorate it like a president suit sure going to spice up your home staying :lol:

    ahh, but having to haul your grocery from the carpark to the lift and then walk the whole length of the corridor.. I still prefer landed property anytime.

    Thanks all, yes, there are disadvantages too, especially when trying to have a big family. But, at first stages of family planning, condo would be an ideal choice because of security.
