Be confident, the more nervous you become, the higher the chances that women think you’re “acting” just to impress her. It’s also asking the right questions - ask her open-ended questions where she has a chance to speak - try to get personal as possible, but please, don’t ask dumb questions for the sake of having a conversation.

Having a good sense of humor works like a charm. Be light-hearted and fun, but learn to deliver the jokes at the right time - and the observe her reaction. If her body language is good, then you’re on the right track. Always study her first.
