The day arrives, you’ve been waiting for it, to meet that person for a date. Then when you meet her, she’s not what you thought she’d be - she whines her way like there’s no tomorrow, or just simply plain boring. That’s the cue for you to end it - it’s a bad date in progress. I’ve had my share of those.

The easiest way to end a bad date, is to, end it politely. “Oh look at the time, I need to go home to bathe my fishes”. Well, that won’t work, but I did use it before. Don’t worry, I didn’t get slapped, she was too blond to figure it out.

Using sign language helps too, if your date is smart enough to detect them. Just be direct in your signals like checking your watch, or looking disinterested. But, only go down this path if you just don’t want to offend her or to get beaten up in public.

What you HAVE to be clear is do not even tell her that you want to be friends, cause that will only send a mixed signal. If she has low self esteem, she’s jump on that like a clown on a pogo stick. Do not peck her on the cheek nor tell her you’ll contact her. She will keep that in her diary and spend the next few days laughing to herself in the mirror while putting lipstick on her cheeks and forehead.
