I do agree, it is nice to at least know the other person got the email. Although I am guilty of not replying right away sometimes.

I usually use paragraphs in an email to separate different ideas or train of thought. So if I only have one sentence on a topic, then I will have only 1 sentence in that paragraph.

had an email last week and some fella was trying to make a point that it was his turn to act on the matter n said that the ball was under your leg …instead of the ball is in your court! hahahahhhaa…

no CHINA -MAN EVER replies my emails at work, i suspect they dont know what i’m talking about. :(

Marf That style of paragraphing works too, but of course, if the idea takes up more than a string of sentences, it would be a good idea to further break em up.

tihtahpah Ball under your leg? WTF? He probably picked it off at some papaya farm. As for the China man, no comment. :-P

Yeah, you know, I just remembered how annoying it was that you did not return an email to me. It was somewhere in the 4 months ago range, and asked a question about adding mp3 files to the page.

Hmmm. Is this to be considered your acknowledgment and apology?? L

Bluff ? I have no need to bluff.

If you replied, it was not to me…. But I get it, save face on your page and all… I accept your apology.

Monique I don’t need to save my face, because I did reply. Don’t blame me if you inserted your e-mail address incorrectly. Check your mail, I forwarded it to you. And I think you owe me an apology.
