No one even bothers reporting crimes any more - it's such a hassle, and people have lost confidence that the polis can or will do anything about your report. Unless the report is about sodomy, then they will assign 30 cops on the case. Yeah and the polis still has so much time, energy and money to have so many roadblocks, but “tak cukup kakitangan” to do something, anything, about the crime.
