Free. Easy. Nice.
The first words that came to mind when I browsed Mudah, a classifieds portal for Malaysians. I know how Malaysians love FREE stuff, me included. I browsed through the free ads, for some real estate and cars. Yes, I’ve been having this urge to switch my Proton to a different make, possibly the Persona SE or the Isuzu D-Max. However, this urge of mine is much suppressed seeing that it’s not the right time to get myself a car under present circumstances.
Nevertheless, it didn’t stop me to check out the prices.
Dang! Only 69K! Worth it right?

I also looked at some houses for sale, as the yearning for a grounded property gets stronger as the years go by. I was also looking for land to buy in KK. I will certainly be using this website sometime real soon to offload my car in a year or so and rent out my property around the same period. I’m sure for most of us, we have cut down to an extent, with the current economical unstability, hence, Mudah is excellent because it’s FREE. 
Anyway, I surfed through MUDAH, and found some mouthwatering investments in Sabah.
A 250K single storey bungalow near 1Borneo area! Wowee!
That is something definitely workable for me, with a site like Mudah, it’s much easier for me to look for opportunities like this. Now, let’s search for some land.
By golly! I need investors so I could set up an F&B in Sabah!
Another place that I don’t mind investing in is Langkawi. And what do you know, Langkawi comes up in the Mudah’s website search!
Mom was looking for land in KK, wait until she knows about this website!
Although the price is steep, I’m sure it’s negotiable! J
OK, I’ve changed my tune from “Free. Easy. Nice.” to “Free! Easy! Nice!”. I’ve been Mudah-rized.

eh, galli, consider a durian farm…..hehehehe…
u get durians, and land, and u can even build a small hut there, and boleh camping sekali sekala!
there’s actually some around Karak area, where it is a shared land, but u have your own compound, and there are people tending to your durian trees while u are not around…..

foongpc – No problem, the site looks good, but of course, be careful with the information, as there will always be dunguloids trying to full people. As for handphones, well, I stick with Nokia, the most business-like.
sarah – It’s not too bad. Yeah, the site’s design can be better, especially the navigation. Otherwise, not too tatty.

Hey hey.. was looking thru mudah too but i found this site called mysimplifieds.com which looks more neater and organized than mudah.. if you wanna land, you can go to iproperty.com too..
