Men are Generally Afraid of Women Drivers

Yes we are! Sorry ladies but it’s not because that we feel that you are better drivers than us, but our main fear stems from the fact that we know deep down inside, that women might lose control in any moment and get involved in an accident.
When a woman panics behind the wheel, they usually do the opposite of trying to avoid the accident. They either slam the gas, let go of their steering wheel or just scream with their eyes closed.
It is SCARY sitting next to a woman driver or driving alongside a woman driver. Eeek. However, Mel has managed to change my mindset.

I notice that most women drivers don’t give way. But some men don’t give way too. I guess women drivers thought that the men will let them pass first.

For fear of being physically bashed by all women, I shall reserve my comments.

well to tell you the truth, I am afraid of female drivers too. They’re either too garang or too scary(as in bad driving)on the road. I am female btw. lol

It’s also scary when a woman sitting next to you..There was this one time, I was driving and suddenly a stray dog out of nowhere cross the road. The dog was still in a safe distance where I can slow my car and avoid it..guess who panic the most, and it wasn’t the dog that shock me..
well, not all woman la.. :p

Women or men, bad drivers are bad drivers…but it just seems to be that women drivers get on my nerves more often.

Is it a coincidence that both of my elder sisters have dents on their cars?
And there’s this time where my sister just drive in a roundabout eventhough there’s another vehicle on its way there. And she’ll be like “siapa suruh lambat!” and even had the guts to honk the other driver and give the driver a deep stare. LOL.
IMO lady drivers are on top of their egos behind the wheel. Maybe they thought men drivers look down on them.

Capt Jack Pipit – Dangerous water? Really? But isn’t it how men think?
Nadia –
xin – No, it’s not stereotyping, it’s generalizing to an extent, just like how women generalize men too.
Ndmervin – Ya man! The thing is, men, when we drive, we have a thing call “calculated risk”, women on the other hand, “full risk”. LOL!
foongpc – Women, first they want equal rights, but still want the benefits from men.
Nick Phillips – Ole!
levian – LOL. Contradicting yourself there!
sharon (^.^) –
edrie – Well, not too garang, I guess they do not anticipate the surroundings, and assume that all will go their way, hence the “braver” approach.
emelda – Yup, I recalled that drama girl next to us, speeding up next to us, only to realize there’s a car in front of her – that was the loudest braking noise I have heard, smoke and all. LOL!
P/S: I like driving, so I don’t mind.
guong – I understand exactly what you mean! Hahahahaha!
perry – That’s because men drivers, have SOME etiquette, it’s a man’s thing. For women, they think that becoming daring drivers means they become out of sync with their surroundings. There are not defensive drivers like men, if you know what I mean.
cicak – Interesting take – a circle of life – men will always fear women drivers because they do not anticipate and panic all the time, whereas women drivers hate men drivers because they look down on them.

That is why Saudi Arabia is genius for not letting women to drive. They foresee what is going to happen when they give total liberty to women on the road.

charlenediane – Well, these days, there are some women who drive fast, but unfortunately, they’re not defensive drivers.
Ulquiorra – Saudi Arabia is a useless country. I can’t believe the latest story that a Saudi judge allowed a husband to slap his wife for overspending. WTF.

women drivers are either too careful(slow and half hearted on the road), or too nasty(too fast and dangerous that they can cause an accident).. that’s why I fear women drivers.
