if I’m not mistaken, this started out as a promotional stunt or something along those line. But people likes it (?) so much that they decided to make it a permanent fixture!

wtf is that???? i googled, the baby doesnt mean anything except for crawling up and down the tower!!!! its so creepy it makes me want to take it off the building like ants!!!!!

Very interesting! And creepy of course! Why have babies on the building? And why the babies have no face? And what’s the meaning behind this? So weird. But it’s really unique so they should not take it down. Would make a good tourist attraction, I suppose.
