Bon Jovi – Return to the Crossroads: Greatest Hits Volume 2 1995-2010 Song List
I’ve been reading about this, that Bon Jovi’s planning a Volume 2 of their greatest hits, and many fans out there seem to be confused with the definition of Volume 2 as they hope for hits like “Livin’ On a Prayer”, “I’ll Be There For You”, “You Give Love a Bad Name”, “Wanted Dead or Alive”, “Bad Medicine”, “Bed of Roses”, “Keep the Faith”, “In These Arms”, “Blaze of Glory” to make the cut. Balls. This is VOLUME 2.
Here’s a list of songs that I hope would make the cut, in addition to the 4 new songs that Bon Jovi plans to release, just like they did with Crossroads when “Always” and “Someday I’ll Be Saturday Night” became classics.
This is what I think Bon Jovi will do commercially, looking at the singles from each of their album spanning from 1995 to 2010:
1. Hey God
2. This Ain’t a Love Song
3. These Days
4. Lie to Me
5. Real Life
6. It’s My Life
7. Say It Isn’t So
8. Thank You For Loving Me
9. One Wild Night
10. Everyday
11. Misunderstood
12. All About Lovin You
13. Have a Nice Day
14. Welcome to Wherever You Are
15. Who Says You Can’t Go Home
16. (You Want to) Make a Memory
17. Whole Lot of Leavin’
18. Till We Ain’t Strangers Anymore
19. We Weren’t Born to Follow
20. When We Were Beautiful
21. Superman Tonight
Plus 4 new tracks to be released as a double CD.
Here’s what I would like to see instead:
1. Hey God
2. This Ain’t a Love Song
3. (It’s Hard) Letting You Go
4. Hearts Breaking Even
5. Bitter Wine
6. Real Life
7. It’s My Life
8. Undivided
9. Misunderstood
10. Bounce
11. All About Lovin’ You
12. Have a Nice Day
13. Welcome to Wherever You Are
14. Bells of Freedom
15. (You Want To) Make a Memory

17. Any Other Day
18. The Last Night
19. When We Were Beautiful
20. Love’s the Only Rule
21. Learn to Love
**LATEST**
It will not be a Part 2 but a Greatest Hits collection spanning over their career. Here is the confirmed lineup.
1. Livin’ On A Prayer

5. Wanted Dead or Alive
6. Bad Medicine
7. We Weren’t Born to Follow
8. I’ll Be There For You
9. Born to Be My Baby
10. Blaze of Glory

10. Blood on Blood
11. This is Love This is Life * New Song
12. The More Things Change * New Song
My only gripes are “We Weren’t Born to Follow” and “Lost Highway”, both certainly do not deserve to be on the Greatest Hits album.

As far as i am concerned, Bon Jovi is one of my favs,,,,,,,,,,,,
eugene – High five!! To me, Bon Jovi IS my fav!
i’d still try to slot in ‘we werent born to follow’ somewhere in the second list.
philters – Really? I think it’s a weak filler song.
Personally I think songs such as “all about loving you” “say it isn’t so” “till we ain’t strangers anymore” and maybe 2 others should be replaced by rocking anthems that didn’t make volume 1 for e.g born to be my baby, blood on blood and dry county. Just my two cents
Goliath2 – Agreed, but I think it makes sense to have the collection from 1995 onwards, because it is ultimately called Greatest Hits 2. Unless they release – Bon Jovi’s Greatest Songs Ever.
