Bon Jovi – Someday I’ll Be Saturday Night
This is my it. There is no song that comes near this. I fell in love with it the first time I heard it when I blasted through their Crossroads album in 1994. It was brilliant, as with all Bon Jovi songs. It lifts you up, it touches your soul, it strips away all the bullshit that most songs come with, where the lyrics remain true to the heart.
There is nothing else better than to describe MY FAVORITE Bon Jovi song, which is ultimately, MY FAVORITE song EVER. I’ve been in love with it in 1994, and 14 years later, I’m still in love with it. It made me who I am today.
I’m a year closer from being Saturday Night – this post is a birthday present to myself to keep on rocking!
