Big and Rich – Lost in This Moment

“Between Raising Hell and Amazing Grace”, that’s the title of Big & Rich’s latest album. Their first single from the album, “Lost in This Moment, is a hunky-dory piece of music, it is a ballad about a groom waiting at the alter for his bride.

I enjoyed listening to this album, as it’s very comfortable on the ears, with a little surprises thrown along the way, like a reggae duet with Wyclef Jean. And John Legend played a small part in it too.

I only just found out that John Rich was previously a vocalist and bassist of Lonestar. Remember that classic, “I’m Amazed” a few years ago? This album is defies traditional country music, by injecting other genres.

The title track, is another worthy tune to listen to, is all about finding a balance in living your life. The album gets a 6/10 on the Gallivanter scale.
