Malaysia’s Nationwide Classic Car Restoration

[ad]

No, this is not a paid post. Mel was invited to this event last Saturday, and she got me to tag along. It was a launch of Nationwide Classics Autobank Facility, a place where classic cars are restored, secured and properly cared for. I’m not a huge classic car fan, barring a handful of cars. I hate anything that is related to Volkswagen, a toad come to live. WTF.

There were at least 16 classic cars on display, and I told Mel that some of these babies would be an excellent addition to her company’s event next year, KLIMS 2009 (KL International Motor Show 2009). One car caught my attention above all, the 1973 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. There were a few notable Holdens too.

This is it, this was my FAVORITE car at the launch. Restoration is in progress, and I can’t wait to see the finish product. Molten lava hot!
