It’s Tough Being a Vegetarian

You know, for the past 10 years, I turn into a vegetarian for 40 days each year. I only go to church once a year, hence, it’s a 2-pronged motivation – one, for detox, and two, just in case God exist. 
It’s so bloody tough being a vegetarian, as whenever Easter arrives, I’m so bloody grateful for meat. I stop being politically correct after that, because I think, that’s what vegetarians are, especially the ones who are born into it. I pity you. Now, excuse me while I go grab me a double cheeseburger from McD’s.
It is initially, but you get used to it after a period.
No, not THAT period. Hah, hah. *laughs at self*
It needs a lot of self-control. But once u get used to it, it’s a breeze. As if im a vegetarian! loL! Anyway, most people go to church once a year, which baffles me. my opinion? if u dont really bother, do u think God wud? like u said, if there is a God…

Haha! Very funny cartoon! I do respect vegetarians – and I also respect meat eaters. Everyone has his or her own beliefs and principles in life. As long as vegetarians don’t force me to be one, or meat eaters don’t condemn me when I want to turn vegetarian for a week, it’s all fine : )

Ya, tough to be vegetarian especially if u eat Chinese Vegetarian food which is oily and fattening!
Chinese vegetarian means = no meat, no milk, no egg, no coffee, no garlics, no onions…

I believe in moderation. Your body needed meat and fat as well but take smaller portions. Furthermore, not all vegetarian are healthy as mentioned by Josephine due to the way they cooked. It’s better to take more boiled food.
well for health reason.. no choice mah.. but im sure red meat is good for health also. God exist you just need to believe! god bless!

Still, after 40 days, when I eat meat during Easter, my mind always remind me what the hell was I thinking. 
One Other – Yeah, well, people go to church, that’s a another topic/rant that I could go on and on to right. You see, a lot more older folks in churches, why? Because they gonna kick the bucket soon, so might as well be “noble”.

massy – Good for health is pointless to an extent. You can still die through another 5 million ways anyway. The key is moderation.
foongpc – Of course, everyone have their own beliefs and principles, but what about those are had no choice, and BORN into it? Some religion, you cannot just convert you know. Don’t you think it’s sad?
