The word “shawty” seems to be getting a lot of attention lately. What was before used to demean short folks, is now re-branded by the black community – just someone hollering at you, and nothing else. Now, it’s Akon’s turn to “borrow” the word. He joins forces with Kaye Styles, the man behind the song, “Prison Break Anthem”, on this one.
