A Fidgety Tasmanian Devil
I have developed this habit over the last year or so. I fidget my legs. Some say that it’s a bad habit, and I was curious of the causes of fidgeting. All that talk about restlessness is cock and bull.
Apparently, obese people tend to be less fidgety that lean people and spend 2 hours more each day, being a statue. Some brains may be wired to encourage fidgeting, spontaneous behaviors and unconscious movements that consume calories and help control weight. There you go, start shaking those legs!
And recently, I’ve developed a habit of rolling my tongue on my tooth. Got a nuisance of a sensation in one of my tooth, which I’ve made an appointment with the dentist. Hmm…I wonder if there’ll be a new USD50 million study which proves that rolling your tongue on your tooth helps keep it cleaner. Blech.

so that’s what you’re doing – the rolling tongue bit..hence the occasional lower jaw fidgeting that u do! dentist dentist..why did god create us with teeth anyways!
tihtahpah Yup.
If folks tell us that fidgeting is bad luck (in a dramatic fashion), get ‘em to google it. It’ll shut ‘em up.
LOL, I was once in a band called ‘Rolling Tongue’, before the petulant drummer left and took the name with it, and we became the now infamous ‘Farmer’s Don’t Do Grass’.
Arsenal out eh *chuckle*
Keropok My short lived band was called “Under the Influence”. Arsenal’s departure is expected, a bunch of kids will not win anything…
I fidget my legs all the time, too! Whenever people asks me, what’s the secret of you being so slim? I’d answer, er.. I fidget all the time on my seat! But they usually don’t believe me.
But now here u are bringing it up! So I’m right after all! ;p
Have some faith in those kids lahh… They were better than many men especially chelski lol… I thought they could have done something with champions league… unfortunately….bah!
JACQ So do I, and now I have facts to reinforce my habit. Those waste-of-time-common-sense-researches do benefit mankind after all! Hahahaha!
Lex I do, but not until 2009.
u mean shake yr legs? fidget yr legs mean yr foot?
Bengbeng Yes, your legs. Involuntarily.
