A Fidgety Tasmanian Devil

I have developed this habit over the last year or so. I fidget my legs. Some say that it’s a bad habit, and I was curious of the causes of fidgeting. All that talk about restlessness is cock and bull.

Apparently, obese people tend to be less fidgety that lean people and spend 2 hours more each day, being a statue. Some brains may be wired to encourage fidgeting, spontaneous behaviors and unconscious movements that consume calories and help control weight. There you go, start shaking those legs! :-P

And recently, I’ve developed a habit of rolling my tongue on my tooth. Got a nuisance of a sensation in one of my tooth, which I’ve made an appointment with the dentist. Hmm…I wonder if there’ll be a new USD50 million study which proves that rolling your tongue on your tooth helps keep it cleaner. Blech.
