Are You an Emotional Eater?



Are you an emotional eater? Do you find yourself standing in front of the fridge when you’re melancholic or upset? That is the usual cause for weight gain.

If I were to describe my eating habits, apart from the usual grub times of breakfast, lunch and dinner, I’m actually an idiot-box eater. No, I don’t eat TVs, but when I watch TV shows, I usually need something to munch on.

I’m trying hard to veer away from that habit, by simply not buying any junk foods – especially for me, chocolates. No more. That is the only successful way of me “quitting”. These days, I usually substitute my “hunger” pans when I watch TV, with water.
