Bloggers Arrest – Worldwide Incidents

Be careful what you blog about. The number of blogger arrests worldwide is on the rise, especially bloggers with political motivation. Most arrests took place in Asia & the Middle East, revolving around blogs, videos and text messages, to political issues.

Most of the arrests tend to become more concentrated during sensitive times of political uncertainty.

I know that most of us are somewhat affected by the current political hoopla in Malaysia, but there are more subtle and effective ways to go about this than being gung-ho. Also, if you’re unhappy, there is no point to use foul language every other word to get your point across. Try to see it from a different perspective instead of personal hate.

Give your thoughts and comments, but also, give your suggestions for improvement. It’s easier to criticize than to suggest.

I’m sure you have heard about Kickdefella’s squall about turning our national flag upside down as a sign of distress? I think he’s gonna be in trouble for that. Although I agree on his thoughts about Malaysia, I disagree his actions on the flag. My 2 cents.
