Well, based on my understanding on this subject, here is my take on the measures men can take to ensure that their lovemaking sessions leave their partners satisfied.
Please don’t head dive straight for her sensitive zone without kissing her first. Do apply some common sense. And make it a point to shave you facial hair to ensure it doesn’t feel like a porcupine. That I learned. 
I had some guys bragging their sexual “prowess” with their women, and the thing that irks me the most is that how men can treat women like objects and nothing else! Dudes, if you’re reading this, squeezing her, biting her like it’s a bone, or attacking her like it’s world war 3, doesn’t help. Do not be an embarrassment to the male population.
Don’t ignore the other parts of her body, as there are many other erogenous areas waiting to be googled. Even if your jaw gets numb, don’t stop, she’s not a computer that you could turn off and on.
And please, don’t pump away like you’re working in a factory, build it up slowly. I know many of you prefer the missionary position, simply because of laziness, you get the woman on top, so she does all the work while you lay down. Don’t be a selfish buffoon.
Try to be more inventive whenever possible, go buy that Kamasutra book. It helps. One thing I dislike is talking dirty, I find that a major turnoff, just let the heavy breathing do the talking. Or do women find that attractive?

It all depends dude! Firstly, the most important think is understanding the lady’s sexual preference. There is no hard and fast rule here. While generally women tend to look the same….( u know what I mean ) but individually, they are very unique and so are their sexual needs and “trigger” points. While foreplay is absolutely essential,….the “trigger” points varies person to person. It’s not about going down for hours…..It’s about doing the right thing for the right person. Do you know that some women can reach orgasm by simple caressing of their “jugs”?.I’m not even talking about multiple O or G spot here. My 2 cents advise. Read, talk and understand the lady’s needs and finally..practice, practice, practice. Women are the best judge, so work hard until they pass you. Not to forget,always practice safe sex please.
