Taiping Municipal Council – Idiots?
Mel told me about this news report about a contractor accidentally shot while the idiots from the Taiping Municipal Council were attempting to shoot stray dogs. The contractor was passing by with his wife on a motorcycle when he was shot at 8:30am. 2 bullet holes in his leg.
The council secretary, whom I personally think is a moron of the highest order, Shahrom Datuk Abd Malek, said that it was the first time in 15 years a mishap like this occurred. Wow. And he claimed that the imbeciles with the guns have taken all necessary measures. Double WOW.
To top it off, Taiping OCPD Asst Comm Raja Musa Raja Razak said to prevent a recurrence of such incidents, shooters should make sure there are no passers-by near the stray dogs. WTF?? Really??? WOW! We should’ve sent this dude into space instead of that donut.
The best part is, there is NO news about any action against the buffoon with the gun. Somebody please shove a durian up the fella’s arse.

In reality, the Datuk and OCPD Asst.Comm would have blasted the shooter for not blowing up the contractors head. After all, why care when Mr. V.K. is there. Cheers & keep Rockin buddy!!!!
I heard the shooter will be reprimanded, probably by nominating him datukship.
