Bowling for Porcupine
BON JOVI – Welcome to Wherever You Are (2nd Single)This latest single from Have A Nice Day doesn’t really exemplify the overall heaviness of the album: it’s a stadium rock ballad that everybody can expect from a band that has farmed so many classics in the past. Manifestly their most renowned songs are from their creative golden age of the eighties and early nineties and this comes very close to that old, familiar sound. It’s a attention-getting song with a strong chorus that as sure as shooting will conjure up people’s lighters. I’m hoping their 3rd single from the new album will be “I Am” – it’s a great affirmative rock song and has a pace that nicely sits in between Have a Nice Day (1st single) and Welcome to Wherever You Are (2nd single).
FRIENDSTERIA
I’ve been filling up my time with physical exertions and face-to-face meeting with people I contacted on Friendster. It’s been quite mirthful. I met a psychotic person. Apparently she has fallen in love with me the moment we met and has been guiltlessly beleaguering me with text messages and missed calls. I’ve been in constant contact with 3 friends, and coincidentally they all hail from Sabah.
Maybe it’s a sign that I need to go to Sabah! LOL!
FRIENDS & COUPLES @ WORK
Friends should never work together. Period. No matter how close you are with each other, problems are bound to bob up that may strain the bond. A work place is not conducive to forge friendships, let alone falling in love. I just don’t know how one could do it. I mean, if I fall in love with someone in the office (God forbid!), we would have a protracted discussion to decide which one needs to leave the firm. The minute you become a couple, your relationship goes under public scrutiny. Bad for long run.
HUGH LAURIE’S HOUSE

I’m madly in love with the series, HOUSE. I think it’s brilliant and am looking forward to the next Amazing Race as well as the Apprentice. Oh when oh when will the 2nd season of House be shown on AXN again? Can hardly wait…
To those of you living under a coconut shell; Dr. Gregory House (Hugh Laurie) is devoid of bedside manner and wouldn’t even talk to his patients if he could get away with it. Dealing with his own constant physical pain, he uses a cane that seems to punctuate his acerbic, brutally honest demeanor. While his behavior can border on antisocial, House is a maverick physician whose unconventional thinking and flawless instincts have afforded him a great deal of respect. An infectious disease specialist, he’s a brilliant diagnostician who loves the challenges of the medical puzzles he must solve in order to save lives.
BOWLING
It’s been too damn long since my last bowling game, which was in October. I am a bowling-addict, like to finger my ball and throw it down the gutter. Haha!
Bowling Score 15th Jan 06 : 141 & 141, 18th Jan 06 : 117 & 132
2006 Bowling Average: 129
My usual average is 145 and my best score is 198.
Some useless facts for you!
SNOOP SQUAD
JAWI (Malaysian Islamic Authority) is being farcical about constituting a snoop squad, to spy on people and catch them in indecent acts like holding hands????!!! WTF?? They must be extremely primitive and pudden-head to even think about forming such a team. We’re consenting adults, so you’d be better off going after geezers (who can’t keep IT in the pants) with 4 wives…now that’s a felony! For the good of mankind and human rights, I hope JAWI has been misquoted. It could be that they want to form a band tribute for Snoop Doggy Dogg called the Snoop Squad. Now that’s the shiznit right there! Bollox!
