The Wedding Flincher

I’ve been wanting to post this for some time now, but only now swung to it because I only got the photos today. This post is dedicated to the bachelor who got hitched on 19th August 2006, may your blog continues to be ho-hum and may your picture taking continues to be interesting. Gerald aka Pixelated Mo (seen above dressed as a head butler), congratulations! It was simply the best wedding dinner I’ve attended in recent years, it was chiefly due to the throttled number of invitees, which was a good thing because there was a sense of bonhomie. Here I am with a really good friend of mine. We go back years.
The food was surprisingly edible, the Cyberview Lodge setting was spectacular, the ballroom was nicely embellished. Beers and red wine flowing like the Klang river, but not as contaminated. May you find eternal happiness with your wife, and may you have kids who can play football and teach you a trick or a dozen. And please stop supporting Liverpoo. Listen to your wife and start supporting Manure.
I liked the outdoor bar (Cyberview Lodge), though my only squawk was the overpriced alcohol (RM75/Jug), mosquito mania and ornamented fans that don’t serve its purpose. All-in-all, a good shindig in Cyberjaya for the gang.

Wah! Hubby Liverpool. Wifey Man Utd
Interesting to watch this couple when the 2 teams meet. LOL
It certainly does look/sound a very nice place.
Jemima Tell me about it. Hopefully his kids are rational enough to support a real club, like Arsenal.
hippo It sure is, but it came at a price! Well, I guess it’s probably worth splurging for a once-in-a-lifetime experience….or 2 like Datuk K…hehehe!
Where’s the photo of the wedding couple ? Show show…
Che-Cheh Well, the groom is my left in the group photo. I know him personally, so I know he’s alright with it. As for his wife, I feel that I’d have to honour her privacy as I hardly know her. Pixelated Mo might post some photos of his missus (I guess) on his blog soon.
haha, i’m sure the kids will take after the mum…
nice pics and nice wedding!
keke… pics will be posted soon… most probly getting the pics this friday… BTW i am not much of a football fan so technically not a liverpool fan.. so thats how I manage to keep the peace with my wife
Laksa Fingers crossed. Haha!
Mo Welcome, welcome. Everyone, meet Pixelated Schmo..oops, I mean Mo…LOL. If you’re technically not a Liverpoo fan, then you’re NOT a Liverpoo fan. You just went with the majority in the late 80s, eh?
when is ur turn?
That’s a 6 million dollar question. I don’t know. I still I haven’t found the one who could spellbind me.
A picture speaks a thousand word. Some said, millions.
It’s nice , isn’t it… when old friends gather for an outing. The feeling is undescribable. Long lost school friends & college/U mates…. even long lost ex-colleagues.
awww… it’s nice to see when ppl get married.. so mr.daniel spare us the details that you want in your future wife… hehehe
btw, daniel… was the wedding at assumptions, pj?
endroo g It’s certainly is. I couldn’t agree more.
Lex I shall spare you the details.
The wedding was in Assumption, PJ. You know the groom/bride?
Hmmm! Assumption Church PJ. How did I miss that one?
The Malaysian Well, I missed it (skipped it) too. I’ve been to church 10 times in the last 10 years, for X’mas eve. Thanks for dropping by!
LMAO.. nope.. actually the other week I went there for another wedding.. whaa it’s like wedding season lol
Congratulations to your friend
The wedding sounds awesome
Lex Wonder why August? Hmmm…
Sha Yes it was. We had a good time getting jiggy wit the music afterwards…
Gallivanter: I went to church 4 times a year. Good Friday, Easter Virgil & Xmas Eve and Chinese New Year mass. Slightly better than you. Haha. Btw, you dont need to go to church to talk to God… remember that?
endroo G Yes, we don’t need to go to church. And I don’t believe in the Pope, a propaganda created by man.
leave liverpool and join manure? its like saying goodbye to God and saying wassup to the Devil… its like settling for mediocrity..
