The walk after leaving the pub, the dead dude with an open throat, the full moon with CCR’s Bad Moon Rising song in the background. Yes, I’m talking about, An American Werewolf in London circa 1981.
Comedy AND horror. A movie directed by John Landis, who later was hired by Michael Jackson for the Thriller music video. Compared with The Howling and Wolfen, similar werewolf flicks back then, this was my favorite.
I’m not gonna talk about that joke of a sequel, the one in Paris. Blech.
