And half of them aren’t even hip-hop, they are dance, like KLF and Snap are dance.
If I had to go for the most influential/best/etc rap/hip-hop I’d go for those from NWA who invented the whole gangsta genre, something from ONYX for being hardcore and number one would probably be The Sugarhill Gang – Rapper’s Delight from 1980.

Looking at your 80s list, not bad, I like NWA. Both Snap! and C&C were hip hop back then…
