Goodness! I didn’t know whether to laugh or to laugh when I read this article. Apparently, in Congo, police arrested 13 penis thieves accused of using black magic to steal or shrink men’s penises. What is the use of a dick when it’s not attached to a…dick? LOL. Penis...
